Academics Ltd is seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Partner to join a friendly mainstream primary school in Gloucester. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact by supporting pupils with additional needs and ensuring they receive the individualised care and guidance they need to succeed.
Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you will deliver tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You will play a key role in creating a calm, inclusive, and positive learning environment where every child feels supported, confident, and encouraged to reach their potential.

- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
Delivering small-group or one-to-one interventions to enhance progress
Encouraging positive behaviour and relationships
