What You Will Do:

 

- Develop and maintain detailed production process maps using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi Charts, and time study analysis to optimise workflows. - Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to conduct PFMEA and Control Plan activities, ensuring robust process controls are in place for high-quality performance. - Create and maintain Standard Operating Instructions for all production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. - Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, enhance production flow, and drive cost savings. - Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness. - Contribute to the seamless introduction of new products and processes, ensuring compliance with standardised methodologies.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- Proven experience in Process Engineering within a complex manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in utilising tools like Yamazumi, MOST, SPC, and Value Stream Mapping. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process optimisation. - Ability to interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
