Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the operations team
- Arrange meetings; circulate agendas and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments and workflows via internal systems
- Manage equipment deliveries and support basic IT setups (UK driving licence required)
- Process orders and invoices, maintaining accurate records
- Maintain fleet/pool car usage and compliance documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and third-party suppliers
