Significant experience of NEC3 and/or cost management across a broad range of complex projects
Significant NEC experience working as a practitioner across a range of NEC contracts varying in size and complexity
Experience / Knowledge
Broad range of contract experience and domestic sub contract experience
Experience and knowledge of standard method of measurement (SMM7, CESMM3, NRM2 etc.)
Experience and understanding of CDM regulations
Demonstrable knowledge of Earned Value Management and reporting and cost management techniques
Experience of identifying, analysing and solving problems including undertaking independent project reviews and providing independent advice and guidance
Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills
Demonstrable knowledge of risk management and risk analysis including contract risks and contingency management
Knowledge of relevant company policies and procedures
