With many years of experience within the Lettings, property management and residential sales market our fun and vibrant family run client, who specialise in the Gloucestershire Property Market, are now looking for an ambitious and driven individual to enhance their team as Sales Valuer / Negotiator. This will be on a full time permanent basis within their bright and spacious office in Gloucester.

To be considered for this role you must be experienced in conducting property valuations and sales negotiation with a strong desire to succeed.
You must be willing to work alongside the small and close-knit team to support the needs of the company as a whole. They are a supportive company with a flexible approach. Responsibilities:
-Generate, book and carry out valuations
-Book and conduct property viewings
-Negotiate offers
-Agree and progress sales through to completion
-Manage your own portfolio of customers
-Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and all other parties involved in the house buying process and all other parties involved in the house buying process
-Manage applicants within the database
-Answering incoming enquiries over the telephone and email
-General administration tasks related to sales and lettings
Candidate Attributes:
-Full UK driving licence is essential
-Property valuing / sales experience
-Ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong communication skills at all levels
-IT literate
-Resilient, with a positive and motivated attitude
-Teamwork and the ability to help others when required
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm with a day off in Lieu
Salary: Realistic OTE of £40k per annum + a bonus scheme and free parking, as well as funding towards industry specific qualifications
