Role Overview:As we enter the busiest season in New Homes sales, we are seeking a confident, customer-focused experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to help aid the team at a prestigious development in Gloucestershire. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) offers a competitive day rate and is perfect for experienced individuals with a background in property sales looking to continue their career in a high-end development.
Key Responsibilities:-
Welcome and guide prospective buyers on site

Conduct viewings and highlight key features of available homes

Manage enquiries and follow up with potential purchasers

Assist with sales progression and administrative duties

Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite and show homes

Accurately update CRM systems and report to the wider team

Strong background in the property industry, ideally New Homes

Polished, professional, and personable

Able to work independently and use initiative

Flexible availability, including weekends where required

Reliable transport to commute to the Gloucestershire area

£12.50 - £14 per hour
