Front of House / Facilities Support

We're on the lookout for a facilities assistant to support a corporate office.
This is a varied role combining reception, facilities and light security duties.
Duties include:
- Reception/front desk responsibilities
- Light security & access control (non-security role - SIA needed if permanent)
- Meeting room set-ups
- Supporting building users
- Logging maintenance request
- Managing keys and post
- Health & Safety checks (fire alarm tests, first aid kits)
- General workplace support tasks
- Acting as keyholder (opening/closing building)
Requirements:
Must be able to work a 3-week rolling shift pattern:
Shift 1: Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:30
Shift 2: Mon-Fri, 13:00-21:30
Shift3: Tue/Wed 07:00-19:30, Thu 07:00-17:00, Sat 07:00-18:30
Skills
Flexibility & strong communication skills
SIA licence (or willingness to obtain if going permanent - will be funded it)
First Aid at Work qualification (willingness to obtain if going permanent - will be funded it)
