This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Consultant with the potential to progress to Branch Manager in the medium term.
The role involves taking over an existing plan, developing your own area, and building a client base while managing a team for consistent growth.
Candidates must possess sales experience and knowledge of the temporary recruitment process, along with a passion for the job and a driven work ethic.
Experience in Industrial and temporary recruitment within an agency setting is preferred for applicants.
The salary for this role ranges from £32,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, along with bonuses and benefits.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join an existing branch, currently over the break even point, at Senior Consultant level initially with the progression to become BM within the medium term. You will take over the existing plan and develop your own area and client base. As you grow the plan you will recruit your own team - managing them accordingly ensuring consistent growth week on week.

Your sales experience and you MUST have temp recruitment process knowledge, together with demonstrating passion for the job, an outgoing and driven work ethic and a desire to lead from the front.
