We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Gloucester office and work with our local and established team to develop business in the Gloucester area.
The job:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both candidate and client acquisition, building relationships with organisations in the engineering sector. You will understand unique hiring requirements and supply talented candidates that meet client specifications.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Using a variety of methods to source candidates that meet client requirements
- Arranging and attending client meetings to discuss their staffing solutions
- Posting job adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
- Bringing on new clients, nurturing and maintaining existing relationships
Requirements:
- Due to the nature of the role, a full driver's licence is required
- Comfortable speaking with candidates/clients both face to face and over the phone
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work toward KPIs and financial targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- A positive mentality and can-do attitude
