Are you a psychology graduate or aspiring teacher looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience supporting young people with complex needs? Whether you're already experienced in SEN support or seeking a new challenge, this role could be the perfect opportunity.

Academics Ltd is working closely with a supportive secondary school in the Gloucester area to recruit a dedicated 1:1 SEN Support Assistant. You will work directly with individual pupils, helping them engage with learning and providing consistent, personalised support to help them succeed.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in education or anyone considering a future career in teaching, SEN, or educational psychology.

1:1 SEN Support - Key Responsibilities
