Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt as needed to meet student needs
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in learning

Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (or strong classroom experience)
• Confident managing behaviour and engaging students across different subjects
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
• Familiar with the Gloucester area and local transport routes
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
