Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt as needed to meet student needs
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in learning
Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (or strong classroom experience)
- Confident managing behaviour and engaging students across different subjects
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments
- Familiar with the Gloucester area and local transport routes
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
