Great opportunity to work as a Front of House Officer for a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in the outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.
Staffline is recruiting a Front of House Officer to work in the Gloucester/Barnwood area.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.
This is a full-time role, working 4 on 4 off. This will be nights only, and the hours of work are:
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Front of House Officer, you are more than a Security Guard. You'll ensure the safety of our customers, staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment. Other duties include:
- Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
- Conducting searches where required
- Patrolling the premises and dealing with security incidents.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.
You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern, which will include days, nights, and weekends.
You must currently hold a valid SIA and have previous Security and/or Security Receptionist experience.
