About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Gateman to join a busy construction site in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure site entrance, directing vehicles, supporting site logistics, and ensuring that all visitors follow site safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to and from the site, ensuring all visitors sign in/out

• Check deliveries and direct vehicles safely around the site

• Monitor site traffic and maintain clear communication with site management

• Maintain a clean and organised gate area

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures

• Assist with basic labouring or site duties when required

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification (preferred)

• Previous experience as a Gateman or in a similar role

• Good communication skills and a professional approach
