About you
You take real pride in what you do. You like things done properly, you’ve got a good eye for detail and you enjoy seeing a job through from start to finish. Whether it’s wrapping a vehicle, fitting signage or applying vinyl, you’ve got the patience and skill to make it look right every time.
You’re hands on, practical and easy to get along with. You work safely, stay organised and can be trusted to get the job done without fuss. You’re a team player who’s happy to help out and you take satisfaction in a job well finished.
Your experience
You’ve already spent a few years working in signage, print or wrapping and you’re confident in your ability. You can read a brief, plan your work properly and deliver to a high standard. You’ve fitted signage on site, applied vinyl to different surfaces and used printers, plotters and laminators as part of your day to day. If you’ve had experience operating a Mimaki printer, that’s a definite bonus.
You’re the type who keeps things tidy, communicates clearly and likes finishing a job knowing it’s been done to a high standard. If you have CSCS, IPAF, PASMA or First Aid training that’s great, but what matters most is your attitude and your focus on quality. You’ll need a full UK driving licence for this role.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be involved in a mix of projects from vehicle branding and interior displays to exterior signage and installations. Some days you’ll be in the workshop preparing materials and other days you’ll be out on site bringing the finished product to life. You’ll take ownership of your work, keep standards high and play your part in a team that takes pride in what they do.
It’s an active role that keeps you busy and sometimes outdoors, so being hands on and adaptable is important. Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2.30pm on Fridays, with some flexibility for evenings or weekends when needed.
About the business
You’ll be joining an established and forward thinking signage company with a solid reputation and a friendly, experienced team. They care about quality, look out for one another and share a genuine passion for what they do. It’s a place where effort and skill are recognised, and where everyone contributes to the success of the work that goes out the door.
