Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker (Driver Required)

Location:High Orchard, Gloucester (GL1)

Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. This role requires the use of your own vehicle for travel between service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in line with care plans

  • Support with medication administration and meal preparation

  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to supervisors

  • Travel between clients' homes in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic)

  • Access to your own vehicle.

  • Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential full training provided)

  • Reliable, compassionate, and respectful approach

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

Desirable:
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care

  • Experience with dementia, palliative care, or learning disabilities
