Senior Care Team Leader Location: In-person Contract: Full-time or Part-time Salary: 15.50 - 17.00 per hour Shifts: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, or 8am-9pm (includes supernumerary hours for audits)
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Care Team Leader to guide and support a dedicated team caring for up to 36 elderly residents. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, lead by example, and understand the emotional and physical needs of older people, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll bring:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in elderly care

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop enriched care plans and engage residents in activities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
