As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a student who requires tailored support due to a range of additional learning, communication, or sensory needs. You'll play a vital role in helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence, and reach their full potential.

Has experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, and/or moderate to severe learning difficulties

Can build strong, trusting relationships with both pupils and staff
Is resilient, empathetic, and confident when dealing with challenging behaviour
Understands the importance of routines, structure, and visual supports in an SEN setting
