Academics are currently looking to appoint a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist SEN school in Gloucester. As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a student who requires tailored support due to a range of additional learning, communication, or sensory needs. You'll play a vital role in helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence, and reach their full potential.

  • Is resilient, empathetic, and confident when dealing with challenging behaviour
