Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children with ASD, SEMH, and other special educational needs.
- Patient, compassionate, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children with diverse needs.
- Assist in implementing Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging and accessible learning experiences.
