Academics Ltd is looking for a dedicated and proactive Teaching Partner to join a warm and welcoming mainstream primary school in Gloucester. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by supporting pupils with additional needs and ensuring they receive the individualised care and encouragement they need to succeed.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You will help foster a calm, positive learning environment where every child feels supported, respected, and confident in their learning journey.

Role Overview:
As a Teaching Partner, you will work alongside class teachers to support pupils' learning and development, ensuring each child's individual needs are met. You will provide targeted support through small group interventions and one-to-one sessions, helping pupils to build confidence, develop key skills, and make meaningful progress. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive within a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
