We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer to join our innovative team and contribute to cutting-edge technology development.

Role Overview

As a Graduate Engineer, you will progress into a varied role that may include FPGA-based signal processing, Embedded C/C++ development, and RF hardware integration. You will develop DSP and SDR applications, optimize high-speed digital designs using Xilinx tools, and contribute to RF system automation with Python and Tcl. Working within a small, agile team, you will use version control (Git/SVN) and continuously learn to enhance advanced monitoring, direction-finding, and communications solutions.

About You

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Hold a 1st or 2.1 undergraduate degree or a PhD in a numerate discipline (eg, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics).
  • Strong academic background, typically including A*/A's in A-level Maths and Physics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas clearly.
