Engineering Administrator required by leading Gloucestershire employer. The initial contract is anticipated to be six months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality and accuracy of company documents.

Main Duties Engineering Administrator

  • Review of technical documents before release, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Developing and managing document control systems and processes.
  • Attending meetings, ensuring that documents are updated and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of databases.
  • Ensuring that documents are accessible to employees when required.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and ERP systems.
  • Keen to undergo training and to learn new skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Able to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
