Job Title: Employment mentor

• Duties:

• • Providing job coaching to Supported Internship students, whilst at their work placements.
  • Supporting with classroom sessions (one day per week).
  • Liaising with employers to gather performance feedback, facilitate target setting.
  • Linking with the wider Foundation Studies department to observe and track potential interns for next year.

• Minimum requirements:

• • Driving licence essential, as will be offsite visiting interns at work placements.
  • Level 2 in English and maths

• • Competent in IT (Microsoft Office etc)

• Hours: 30-37 hours per week

• Location: Cheltenham
• Length of contract: Until the position has been filled
• Start date: ASAP
