- Statutory Accounts & Compliance:
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts in line with relevant regulations and standards.
- Overseeing year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.
- Ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Management Accounting:
- Support producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making.
- Preparing financial reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Financial Operations & Controls:
- Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Implementing and improving financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Hands-on involvement in transactional finance when needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives by providing detailed financial insights.
