With exciting plans to double turnover in the next year through local acquisitions, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a business undergoing significant transformation and growth.

About the Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, made up primarily of limited companies with turnovers of up to £7 million. You’ll be responsible for reviewing accounts prepared by an international delivery team, ensuring high-quality output and seamless client service.

This is not a Partner-review environment—you will be trusted to lead on your portfolio and ensure delivery standards remain exceptional. Strong client communication skills and an ability to work autonomously are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review year-end accounts and tax computations prepared by offshore teams
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as their key point of contact
  • Take full responsibility for your workload with minimal oversight
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across your portfolio
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine internal processes and drive improvements
  • Contribute to the firm’s ongoing transformation and expansion plans
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified preferred, but qualified by experience will be considered
  • Experience managing or working with offshore teams is a plus
  • Proven background in a client-facing accountancy practice role
  • Self-motivated with a desire to contribute to a growing business
  • Excellent communication, time management, and review skills
