As part of the pension administration team, you will support the Pension Administrator with administrative tasks and assist the Pension Consultant in delivering efficient office operations and exceptional client service.

  • Based in Godalming
  • £25,000 - £26,000 salary (DOE)
  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the new business department to verify the accuracy and completeness of application information.
  • Create and update database records to efficiently establish new pension schemes.
  • Maintain and record client data and financial transactions with precision.
  • Distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
  • Ensure database records are accurately maintained and regularly updated.
  • Draft and generate standard client correspondence.
  • Manage schedules to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Log and file copies of correspondence under appropriate references.
  • Handle client phone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Print and photocopy standard database reports as required, both routinely and on request.
  • Assist consultants with additional tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Person Specification:

  • Strong understanding of modern office procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing workload to meet business needs and service level agreements.
  • Numerically proficient with solid Microsoft Office skills.
  • Confident and articulate communicator, able to engage with high-net-worth individuals and senior professionals.
  • Effective team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
