Operations Director - Basic to £85,000k Bonus and Full Benefits.

A high quality and award winning Investment and Wealth Management Practice is looking for an Operations Director to join their growing business.

This brand new role has come about as a result of continuing expansion and will be working within an established, experienced Investment and Financial Planning team.

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, excellent service, and cost-effective management of resources.

This includes developing and implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, streamlining business processes, and leading cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of optimising organisational performance within the industry alongside:

Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or willingness to achieve if not already held).

Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment.

Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.

Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team environment.

Strong IT skills, with knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.
