Are you a detail-driven Paraplanner with a passion for precision, a flair for financial analysis, and a strong technical foundation? A well established UK IFA is seeking a talented Paraplanner to join a high-performing, collaborative team supporting experienced IFAs and Directors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft clear, compelling suitability reports tailored to client needs
  • Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on products, platforms, and tax-planning solutions (including VCTs and EIS)
  • Work with IFA's on what recommendations would best suit the client in line with their objectives and circumstances
  • Deal with clients technical queries and provide general guidance in the absence of an IFA.
  • Liaise with IFAs, compliance, and admin teams to deliver robust, compliant client outcomes
  • Dive into data analysis, manage client files, and stay ahead on tech and compliance tools
  • Take ownership of projects including platform reviews and provider assessments

Who You Are:

  • Ideally Level 4 qualified and working toward Chartered status
  • Paraplanning experience, technically proficient, with strong understanding of advice strategies and compliance standards
  • Highly organised and confident using systems like Intelliflo and Paraplanner Online
  • An excellent communicator with top-tier report writing and research skills
  • Comfortable juggling priorities, solving problems, and driving quality outcomes
