As a Customer Service Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance to meet their needs.

Daily duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries with professionalism and care.
  • Check the status of consignments and keep customers updated on their deliveries.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule deliveries for homes and businesses.
  • Maintain regular communication with our customer base, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Share updates on offers and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Provide the highest level of service by assisting with inquiries related to deliveries and collections.
  • Escalate any significant customer service issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
  • Perform data entry for new jobs into the system accurately and efficiently.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (Logistics experience would be desired)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
