We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Residential Sales Manager to join our client’s successful estate agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property, a strong sales record, and experience in property valuations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting property valuations, generating new instructions, building client relationships and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the sales process.

Work Structure:

  • 5-day week, alternate Saturdays (weekday off on week where Saturday is worked)
  • Closed on bank holidays
  • Additional days off at Christmas

Key Responsibilities for Residential Sales Manager:

  • Conduct accurate, well-informed property valuations in line with market trends and company standards
  • Win new instructions through strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and potential clients
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Manage and progress property sales from instruction through to completion
  • Keep up to date with local property market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at every stage of the process
  • Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems efficiently

Experience and Skills Requirements for the Residential Sales Manager:

  • Proven experience in residential property sales and valuations
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused
