Are you ready to take the lead in a brand-new luxury care home? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Home Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing operations of a purpose-built 60-bed care home in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture and success of a high-quality residential and nursing service from the ground up.



With a salary ranging from 70,000 to 75,000 per annum, this role offers a performance-based bonus and a generous benefits package. You'll have the chance to shape a flagship service, with full support during the pre-opening phase and beyond.
