About the Role:

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities across the EYFS
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
Observe, record and reflect on each child’s progress
Promote independence, curiosity and confidence in every child

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Essential)
Passionate about early childhood education
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS and child development
A caring, reflective and team-focused approach
A desire to grow professionally and help others thrive
