You’ll play a vital part in supporting the overall team performance by delivering first-class service:

  • Providing expert advice on insurance cover options and arranging policies to suit customers’ needs.
  • Quoting premiums and collecting payments.
  • Accurately inputting data through systems.
  • Supporting retention efforts and hitting key personal targets such as retention, cross-selling, and quality.
  • Handling customer interactions, in line with FCA guidelines.
  • Taking ownership of your learning through structured learning, modules and on-the-job training.

What will you bring?

  • A passion for customer service and strong communication skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a call centre is beneficial- insurance experience is preferred but not essential.

You will be supported by experienced professionals as you develop a strong foundation in general insurance principles. Alongside building expertise in customer service excellence and complaint handling, you’ll also gain hands-on experience using insurance software and cross-selling techniques.
