Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) - Godalming, SurreyA well-established and highly regarded law firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its team in the Godalming office. This is a permanent position offering a varied and high-quality caseload, a supportive environment, and excellent career development prospects.The RoleThe successful candidate will take on a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
- Probate and administration of estates
- Creation and administration of trusts
- Inheritance tax advice
- Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
There will be opportunities to work with a loyal client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families, within a friendly and collegiate team environment.Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in managing your own caseload independently
