Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to support and deliver a range of B2B marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing visibility, driving business development, and fostering engagement. This role will involve executing a variety of marketing activities, including content creation, digital campaigns, event support, and performance analytics. Working closely with the commercial team, you’ll contribute to how the organisation is positioned in the market and how it connects with its target audience.

Must be a car driver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at business customers.
  • Oversee daily activity on LinkedIn (organic and paid), using best practices to increase reach and engagement.
  • Produce clear, engaging content that conveys complex or technical information in a value-focused way across multiple channels (e.g. web, social media, email), including case studies, blogs, white papers, and presentations.
  • Utilise platforms such as HubSpot to manage and track email campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer journeys.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Take the lead on organising attendance at industry events, handling logistics and managing post-event follow-up.
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging, coordinating with external suppliers such as designers and web developers when needed.
  • Work across departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with wider business objectives.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent apprenticeship-level experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience post-graduation, or 4 years if entering from school.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills, particularly in a technical or B2B setting (writing ability will be assessed).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and basic analytics platforms.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to take initiative and ownership.
