Secretary

Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. You will be working in commercial property and private client.

What’s most important is that you’re an exceptional secretary or administrator, ideally from a professional services environment (legal, financial, property, or similar). This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys providing first-class administrative support, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage diaries, book appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with general office administration

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong secretarial or administrative experience, ideally within a professional office setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive and supportive team player with a high level of accuracy
  • Must have own car
