Role Purpose
- To oversee and manage the day to day activities of the Fabric Team and fabric related sub-contractors.
- Generation of proposals and supervision from inception to completion of minor and extra works.
- Ensuring reactive, minor and extra works are completed to building fabric to a high standard and within service level agreements
- Ensure that Reactive maintenance is carried out to all site fabric assets
- Liaise with sub-contractors to obtain quotations prior to preparation of minor and extra works proposal
- Ensure that accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance.
- To ensure the Fabric Technicians are undertaking work tasks as directed and with suitable H&S awareness/implementation.
- Monitoring and awareness of compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
- Previous experience within a manager role
- Qualified within a trade
- Experience with extra works and projects
- Able to manage and oversee direct and indirect labour
- Able to pass a enhanced DBS and Employment check
- Experience managing both commercial and operational functions
