Job Title: Static Maintenance Technician
Are you a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client are a large prestigous school based in Godalming , they are currently seeking a maintenance technician to join an existing on site team team. The Salary is between 30-33.5k working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Carpentry work
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- General maintenance and repairs as required
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in minor plumbing, minor carpentry, and general maintenance
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Able to pass DBS and employment checks
