Group Sales Manager

Main Function (Group Sales Manager)

A role within the Miller Homes Group function reporting to the Group Head of Sales. Working closely with the wider Group Sales, Marketing and Communications team, our appointed agencies, and the Group IT function.

Supports the Group Head of Sales in

路 Monitoring the effectiveness of sales performance across the company.

路 Identifying and sharing company best practice

路 Developing, implementing and reviewing effectiveness of sales training programmes across the

company.

Key Functional Areas (Group Sales Manager)

路 Monitor and report on performance to ensure Miller Homes/St Modwen Homes sales KPI鈥檚 are achieved.

路 Monitor processes and ensure sale鈥檚 policies and procedures are adhered to.

路 Monitor development launches, including visualisation, web content and development set up.

路 Monitor the customer journey is delivered to all customers and is delivered in line with NHQC requirements.

路 Research and monitor competitor performance and market movements in the housing sector.

路 Update the Group Head of Sales on regional performance and bring attention to any potential or actual concerns.

路 Liaise with third parties including mystery shop companies, training providers and IFAs

路 Manage the Sales Pathway to ensure all DSMs complete within given timeframes

路 Deliver the Miller Homes Induction to all DSMs

路 Work closely with CRM Managers, IT and Finance to ensure data in the system is correct

路 Manage the Miller Homes/St Modwen Homes Mystery shop program and report on findings

路 Analyse data and present in a way all disciplines in the business can understand

路 Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to relate to people at all evels of an organisation, internal and external, and to establish and maintain respect both professionally and personally.

路 Is commercially aware and competent.

路 Has ability to understand complicated data and can analyse the data and report on findings.

路 Has the confidence and ability to deliver quality training.

路 Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

路 Able to absorb significant amounts of numerical and financial information, distil it & report on it.

路 Has the ability to travel for a number of days at any given time.

(2) Behavioural Attributes 路 High personal and professional integrity, presence, drive, determination and enthusiasm. 路 Maintain highest levels of professionalism and personal presentation. 路 Self-motivated, thinks outside the box and is innovative.

(3) Knowledge, Experience and Qualification

路 An exceptional Sales professional, with exposure to a management / leadership role

路 A degree in Management, Business, Economics or similar or has gained similar level of knowledge working in an equivalent role.

路 Ideally worked in a sales role in the new build sector and has a proven record of delivering results.
