Administrator. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join a World Leading Logistics business based in Goole, East Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a proficiency in various office software, including Excel and Microsoft word. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting both staff and management in daily tasks.
Duties would include :
Ensure all visitors to site have had their required inductions & training
Maintain the fire register & induction logs
Assist with Transport planning
Customer communications with customers, transport team & drivers
Radio communications - Yard team / Customer
To use all IT based systems in the effective delivery of their role including Excel
To ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety requirements highlighting any concerns to line management
To undertake any other reasonable task as required.
To always display the highest standards of customer service.
Hours of work :
1400hrs - 2200hrs - Monday to Friday
