Maintenance Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based near Goole to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanically biased.Salary £45-£50kThis Maintenance Supervisor will be a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team responsible for furnace maintenance and refractory operations.Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor will include:

• Lead and supervise a team
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

We are keen to speak with Maintenance Supervisors/Maintenance Team Leaders with the following:

• Mechanically biased 
• Hands on experience in a similar manufacturing environments 
• Proven team leadership experience
• Fabrication skills and hands-on problem-solving ability
