A day based Site Services Supervisor role with a well invested food business, offering plenty of opportunities for training and career development.
Reporting to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you'll be managing the day to day site services, facilities, and engineering operations across a high-volume food production site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and improving site services, facilities and engineering systems including utilities, building services, effluent management, and infrastructure.
- Planning and delivering site services PPMs and reactive engineering maintenance.
- Managing contractors, permits, and safe systems of work across all site services and engineering operations.
- Ensuring statutory compliance, audits, and HSE standards are met.
- Supporting engineering projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Apprentice trained with site services, facilities, and engineering experience gained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of utilities, HVAC, building services, and site services systems.
- Experience managing contractors and service providers.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to site services maintenance and operational engineering support.
