On behalf of my client a privately owned stately home I am looking for an exceptional General Manager to head up an exciting new luxury hospitality venture on the estate. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for a highly capable leader with vision, drive, and operational expertise to help shape a premium destination experience.
Youll work closely with the Estate Director, playing a pivotal role in everything from concept development to daily delivery, with full autonomy to build a best-in-class guest experience rooted in heritage, style, and innovation.
About the Role:Take the reins in launching a new hospitality offering including guest accommodation, events, and F&B
Lead and manage day-to-day operations as the business grows
Recruit and inspire a high-performing team
Work hand-in-hand with the Estate Director to bring a bold vision to life
Deliver excellence in both guest experience and commercial performance
Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality (e.g., boutique hotels, private estates, destination venues)
A track record of launching or scaling high-end operations
Strategic thinking, hands-on capability, and commercial acumen
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge, innovate, and grow
An appreciation for heritage and a passion for exceptional guest service
Competitive salary -£45-£50K
