Our client is an innovative global organisation specialising in mobility. They are a leading player in their industry, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. They are currently seeking motivated Assembly Operatives to join their team near Goole.

Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing fast-paced assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
- Assembling parts, semi-products, or components according to plan
- Using a limited number of specialised tools
- Conducting quality sight checks or checks on functionality
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a production operative, assembly operative, or shop floor position
- Motivation and a focus on target and quality-driven work
- A good eye for detail
- Health and safety consciousness
- Strong motivation and drive
- The ability to build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships
- Please note that this position requires standing for extended periods of time
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be beneficial:
- Additional certifications or training related to assembly operations
- Experience in a similar role within the mobility or manufacturing industry
Technologies:
- specialised tools or equipment relevant to assembly operations in the industry
