We are currently seeking two professional Receptionists to join their industry-leading team based in Goole.
About the RoleReporting to the Operations Support Manager, the Receptionist/Administrator will be an essential point of contact at the Goole Manufacturing and Components Facility. This role involves front-of-house reception and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors and seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and register visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate contact.

Manage all aspects of the visitor journey, including registration, correspondence, safety inductions, and PPE allocation.

Monitor and maintain stock levels of visitor PPE, ensuring items are clean, available, and presented professionally.

Ensure full compliance with visitor registration protocols, including accurate input into the Visitor Access Management System.

Liaise with the Security team to coordinate parking and site access.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
-
Issue visitor passes and monitor building access where required.

Manage meeting room bookings and maintain the Visitor Suite to high standards.

Ensure digital displays and TV screens in Reception are operational with up-to-date content.

Maintain office supplies, including stationery and general consumables.
-
Manage locker and key distribution and maintain accurate records.
-
Raise maintenance, catering, and facility management requests.
-
Organise couriers, taxis, and other visitor logistics as required.

Provide general administrative support to departments across the site.
-
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of shared areas such as reception, meeting rooms, kitchens, and post-room.

Coordinate meeting requirements including catering, AV equipment, and room setup.

Support interns with special educational needs and disabilities working within the office.

Assist in planning and executing on-site events and conferences.

Work closely with the Business Support team to coordinate reception coverage during absences.

Distribute and coordinate Health and Safety briefings, visits, and notices.

Ensure smooth handovers between job share reception staff.

Carry out any other administrative duties as directed by the Placement Manager.
