Position: Machine Operator
Location: Preston
Salary: 32,000 - 36,000
Duties:
To operate and maintain machinery used in the manufacture of the high end food processing and packaging. Always ensuring a high stand in health & safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production
- Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
- Conduct quality checks and complete documentation
- Maintain hygiene and allergen control standards
- Clean equipment and report faults promptly
- Work collaboratively to meet production targets
Experience
- Either experience working in a food manufacturing or sterile environments
- Being familiar with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work on your own and be paly a part in a wider team
- Ability work to deadlines and strong attention to detail
