Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a skilled and reliableAssistant Kitchen Managerto support the smooth day-to-day running of our café kitchen. This is a hands-on role focused on food quality, organisation, and team support.

Salary:£28,000 per year
Service Charge:£6,000£8,000 per year
Hours:Full-time, approx. 40 hours
Working Pattern:5 days per week,no evenings
Reviews:Salary reviews at6 monthsand12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations

• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management

• Ensure food hygiene, health & safety standards are met at all times

• Train and support kitchen staff

• Deputise for the Kitchen Manager when required
