Role: Casual Chef de Partie & Event Chefs
Pay: £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay)
(£14.50 + £1.75 holiday pay, depending on experience)

As the Christmas season approaches, Off to Work is looking for talented agency chefs to join our casual team across Edinburgh. Were preparing for a packed schedule of exciting events, private parties, and high-end hospitality at some of the citys most prestigious venues.

What Youll Be DoingPreparing, cooking, and plating dishes to high standards in a variety of kitchens
Supporting senior chefs during busy services
Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Adapting quickly to new venues, teams, and service styles
Proven Chef de Partie-level experience or higher
Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
Strong kitchen discipline and attention to detail
Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates
(Free accredited training provided if needed)
