I'm keen to speak with Pastry Chef`s with quality food backgrounds ideally with an understanding of bread if possible, Chef`s who have ambition and who are open to relocating to the Highlands, Chefs who have who have seasonal fresh food backgrounds backgrounds with a desire to use high quality ingredients, ideally you will come from a 5 Star Hotel, or multi rosette restaurant background, and have experience working as a Chef De Partie over recent years.
