Are you a Building Surveyor or similar looking to progress your career within a tight-knit company?

Do you want to develop your skills in a specialist field with company training as you work autonomously, with the opportunity to move into Senior Management roles and head up your own team?

This company, established in 2000 have since seen steady growth, now with over 20 employees. They work across a variety of sectors including Civil and Structural Design, Building Surveying and Insurance, UK wide. Due to their continued growth they are looking to add a Building Surveyor to their team who can focus on the Scotland area.

In this autonomous role you will be responsible for visiting customer sites across Scotland. You will meet with Residential and Commercial clients as you assess building damage on site, photograph and create reports, liaising with the office.

This role would suit a Building Surveyor or similar, looking to join a tight-knit company offering training in a specialist field, ongoing progression with the potential to head up your own team, as well as flexible and autonomous working.

The Role:

  • Visit Commercial and Residential Sites across Scotland.
  • Assess building damage, taking photographs and building reports.
  • Company Car / Car Allowance.
  • Excellent progression with the opportunity to build out a team.

The Person:

  • Building Surveyor or similar.
  • Commutable to sites around Scotland.
