- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, atmosphere, and presentation
- Work closely with the General Manager to keep operations smooth and efficient
- Coach your team on service skills, upselling, and guest engagement
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
What Were Looking For in an Assistant Manager:
- At least 2 years experience in hospitality leadership with a customer service focus
- A natural leader who motivates and empowers others
